The Save As operation lets you copy a unit under a different name so you can then make changes to its properties or components. This procedure saves you the trouble of creating a new unit from scratch. After copying the active unit, you can open the new unit in the Unit Assistant to modify its components. Any unit that you copy will be saved as a private unit unless you belong to a user group with the capability to configure public units.

A unit is copied using the Save As dialog box which is accessed with the Save As command on the File menu of the Unit Assistant.
